Signup for an Account
To get started, you’ll need to signup for an account using your merchant account. Navigate to dashboard.loopz.io/signup and connect your merchant account.
1) Connect your merchant account.
Clover
A popup will appear requesting you to login to your Clover account and to connect our Gift Cards app to your Clover account. You can select your subscription plan in Clover which will start your 30 day free trial.
Shopify
Enter your myshopify.com domain name and click “Connect”. A popup will appear requesting to connect our Loopz Gift Cards app to your Shopify store. After approving our app the popup will close automatically and you can continue to the next signup step.
Square
When clicking “Connect” a popup will be shown requesting approval for Loopz to connect to your Square account. After approving the connection the popup will close and you can click Continue to the next step.
2) Select your subscription.
Choose the subscription plan for your account. We offer 3 subscription plans to choose from with different pricing and features. After confirming your subscription, you can continue to the business details step in the signup flow. You can change your subscription after completing the setup.
Clover
Part of connecting your Clover account is selecting a subscription on Clover’s website when you connected our app. The selected subscription will be shown, but you can change the subscription plan by confirming the subscription. When changing the subscription, a popup will appear showing where in Clover you can change your plan. Clover subscriptions have a 30 day free trial.
Shopify
When confirming your subscription plan, a popup will appear requesting your approval for the selected subscription plan in Shopify. You’ll be billed through Shopify for your selected subscription. Shopify subscriptions have a 14 day free trial.
Square
Once you’ve selected your subscription plan and confirmed the subscription, a popup will appear requesting your payment details for the selected subscription. Square subscriptions have a 14 day free trial.
3) Review and create your account.
All the details your provided will be listed for your review. You can make changes by navigating to previous steps by clicking the back button.
Accept our terms of service and terms of use and click “Create Account” to complete the account signup flow. After you’ve created your account you’ll be asked to setup your gift card program.
2) Provide your business details.
Enter your name, contact email and business name. These details will be used for the location associated with your merchant account. If your merchant account has multiple locations configured, you’ll see all the locations that will be linked to your gift card program.
Location details can be edited after you’ve completed the setup process.
